Would you like to turn people’s everyday experiences into competitive edge?
Kenno’s qualitative research methods give you a chance to peek into your customers’ day-to-day lives and help you gather an understanding about what really matters to them. Instead of laboratory-like user interviews, Kenno steps into the end customer’s shoes through on-site ethnography.
There is a whole lot of unused business potential in the unrecognized needs and motivations of the end users, customers and stakeholders. By providing end-customer insights, we help our customers to make the most of this potential, and utilize it as a competitive advantage: to create added value, devoted customers as well as sustainable business.
It is important to recognize cultural differences and their effects on stakeholders’ values and behaviour. Kenno’s internationally experienced anthropologists offer lectures, workshops and consulting for international entrepreneurs working in Finland as well as Finnish endeavors abroad.
